Derek McCormack guest-edited the next issue of Taddle Creek, with a Hallowe’en theme. The issue features texts by Nancy Baker, Tony Burgess, Joey Comeau, Rick Crilly, Peter Darbyshire, Brian Joseph Davis, Beth Follett, Sandra Kasturi, Susan Kernohan, James Lindsay, Jude MacDonald, Pasha Malla, Jason McBride, Erisa Niru, Emily Pohl-Weary, Andrew Pyper, Patrick Rawley, Brett Alexander Savory, Emily Schultz, R. M. Vaughan, and Zoe Whittall. I have a new poem in it, too! As his curatorial inspiration, Derek presented us with charming hand-delivered invitations that included yumminess (eyeball gum!). My resulting poem is suitably coated in sugar-fuelled ocularity.
